PrefWeb is a CPQ designed for the web management of a window and door manufacturing and distribution brand. In addition to functioning as an online window configurator, it offers a range of services that go beyond a simple website. PrefWeb users have the ability not only to create quotes, but also to confirm them and send them directly to the factory. This is achieved thanks to the PrefSuite versioning system, which allows a modified variant of the original quote to be confirmed with specific measurements for the project.

Once the quote has been issued, PrefWeb makes it easy to track its status through factory planning and shipments. Finally, at the end of the cycle, the invoice can be generated automatically and notified to the point of sale via PrefWeb or sent by email.
