You will find the login details for your personal exhibitor area in your stand space confirmation. The login details are personalized for data protection reasons. You will therefore be asked to change your password after your first login.

If you have problems logging in to the exhibitor area, you can renew your password at any time by clicking on the “Request password” button.

You will receive the invoice for your stand space at FENSTERBAU FRONTALE from the middle of September 2025 from the e-mail address invoice.frontale@nuernbergmesse.de.

Please note that the stand space and the obligatory services (e.g. marketing services, AUMA fee, waste disposal service) will be invoiced by NürnbergMesse GmbH.

Other services such as complete rental stands, electricity, car park tickets will be invoiced separately by NürnbergMesse GmbH or the relevant service partners of NürnbergMesse. If you are not sure whether an invoice sender is a ServicePartner of NürnbergMesse, please contact us.

You can easily create and update your informative online company profile yourself. To do this, use the new SelfService tool in your personal exhibitor area
We have put together instructions for editing your online profile in SelfService.

The organizer is entitled to use exhibition areas for other purposes if set-up has not begun by 15:00 on the last set-up day. In this case, the organizer has the right to claim any resulting costs from the exhibitor. 

Access to the halls during set-up and dismantling is only possible with special passes. These are not valid for the duration of the event. 

Important note: Please note that there is a general smoking ban on the entire exhibition grounds. Smoking is only permitted in the specially designated areas.

Plan your trade fair appearance at FENSTERBAU FRONTALE 2026 in good time - whether it's a standard solution or a customised concept: there is a suitable stand construction option for every requirement.

  • Complete rental stand
    Cost-effective, flexible and convenient: Simply design your stand online with the stand configurator. This will be available to you in good time before the trade fair. Choose from various sizes, colours and equipment packages.
  • Customised stand
    Would you like a unique trade fair presentation? Together with our ServicePartners, we plan and realise your individually designed exhibition stand - creatively, professionally and precisely tailored. You can find examples in the configurator under ‘Customised stand’.
  • Your own stand construction 
    Are you working with your own stand constructor? That's also possible! You can conveniently book all services and options for stand equipment via the exhibitor area - this will be available from the middle of September 2025.

Please check your planned stand carefully against the NürnbergMesse Technical Guidelines. Then submit the completed stand construction checklist in good time via the exhibitor area. This is a prerequisite for the approval of your stand concept.

  • To ensure safety on the exhibition grounds
  • Compliance with structural and technical regulations
  • Smooth set-up and dismantling procedures

Note: For special structures, two-storey stands or special constructions, additional approval is required from the exhibition management.

For a successful trade fair appearance, you need more than just the stand itself. All the necessary technical and organisational services can be ordered conveniently and centrally via the Online ExhibitorShop in the exhibitor area, which will be available from the middle of September 2025.

  • Stand construction & logistics: stand construction services, forwarding agents, forklift trucks, work platforms

  • Catering & Events: catering offers, approval of stand parties
  • Network & IT: WLAN, LAN, media technology

From the middle of October 2025, the TicketCenter for FENSTERBAU FRONTALE 2026 will be available online, where you can order exhibitor passes, assembly and dismantling passes, and invite your customers.

From the middle of October 2025, the TicketCenter for FENSTERBAU FRONTALE 2026 will be available online, where you can order exhibitor passes and assembly and dismantling passes. You will receive an overview in the TicketCenter of your allotment as well as the option to order additional passes for a fee. Please ensure that all team members are registered before the start of the trade fair - only then can fast and smooth access be guaranteed.

Exhibitor passes:

  • Authorise daily access during the entire duration of the trade fair, as well as during assembly and dismantling times
  • Include public transport access within the VGN network

Assembly and dismantling passes:

  • Required for all persons working on the site during assembly or dismantling
  • Only valid outside the official opening times for visitors

From the middle of October 2025, you will be able to invite your customers via the TicketCenter.

You can access the TicketCenter via your personal exhibitor area, where you can order and manage your voucher codes for inviting your customers.

Use the invitation management and send prepared e-mailings to your customers directly from the system. Benefit from voucher monitoring to see live who has accepted your invitation.

TransITfair is NürnbergMesse's digital exhibition logistics system that enables efficient and transparent planning of the delivery and removal of materials during set-up and dismantling. By booking time slots for loading and unloading processes online, traffic flows on the exhibition grounds can be intelligently controlled and waiting times minimised.
Please note: No entry is possible without a booked slot.

To ensure smooth assembling and dismantling, it is mandatory to book a time slot via our digital logistics system TransITfair. Only registered vehicles with a confirmed slot will be granted access to the exhibition centre. TransITFair will be available for bookings from January 2026.
