ELO is a central building block in the digital transformation of companies.

ELO ECM stands for company-wide information management (ECM=Enterprise Content Management). All documents and records can be digitally assigned, including all emails. All information can be accessed at lightning speed, even when travelling. This minimises information times and forms the basis for smooth processing.

The automatic processing of incoming invoices is an impressive example of successful digitisation. With digital invoice processing, for example, vendor invoices can pass through the company fully automatically. Incoming invoices are analysed using state-of-the-art AI technology and classified accordingly. All relevant invoice data is then extracted, synchronised and fed into a workflow for invoice verification and approval.

Intelligent interfaces also ensure smart ERP or DATEV integration and receive data or transfer it to the processing flow. The networking of ELO with other systems and the integration options with MS Exchange and MS Office ensure holistically efficient processes that function with the precision of clockwork, even when staffing levels are low.
