Part 3: How to Develop Your Own Digital Roadmap with On-Board Resources
Successful digitisation means building expertise, identifying opportunities, minimising risks, recognising how customers tick, and assessing how they can/should/must be addressed.
However, digitisation also means being able to monitor your own business constantly and accurately to be able to react flexibly at all times.
The route there is easy (or at least easier) to find if you can follow a roadmap for digitising your own company. In Part 3 of his lecture series, Andreas R. Fischer provides ideas on how such a digital roadmap can be developed.
