BTS-R is the new compact and low weigth screwdriverspindle for robot integration.

the unit comes as a Plug & Play kit with a wide range of accessories like:

Feed sensor
Mouth piece sensor
Depth control,
Integrated Sensor/Actor box

it can furthermore be installed on a UR rob and by using our UR CAP the system is up and running very quickly.

At BÖLL-TEC AUTOMATION we produce high-end screwautomation.

Our range of products includes handheld, stationary and robot systems with automatic blowfeed of the fastener to be installed. Our range of screws to be applied ranges from Ø 2mm up to 22mm with length up to 80mm.

3 handheld screwsystems completes our range of units for manually assembling stations. BASIC, BASIC COMFORT and ADVANCE. BASIC and BASIC COMFORT are ideal units for wood application as they can work either with torque or depthcontrol.

For automatic assembling will be displayed our stationary range BTS 50, 75 and 100mm with position stroke and screwstrooke.

For the robot application we will display our BTS-R serie with automatic screwstroke.

To feed all our different automation solutions we have a wide range of bowlfeeders in different sizes and executions – from 250 to 360mm bowls
