Only floating can prevent less damage than the Mink MBS-System

The modular solution for your conveying problems - the Mink MBS-System, a segmented brush conveyor belt.

In all industries products prone to scratching must be conveyed at speed and without damage. Modular belt systems have proved themselves to be a reliable means of conveying. Nowadays technical brushes are also used for conveying tasks in most industrial sectors.

The Mink MBS-System combines the advantages of damage-free conveying using technical brushes with the modular conveyor belt. Through intensive development work with customers in the sheet metal industry and machine tool builders, a comprehensive standard range has been introduced. Punch press machine builders use the Mink MBS-System, for example, to convey sheet metal during and after the punching process.

In this way, along the whole production line, components rest upon thousands of soft and flexible bristle tips and can be are worked on without the risk of scratching. Excess and residual material is taken away by the brush belt. The use of a surface consisting of individual bristle tips prevents parts covered in dirty oil sticking to the belt. This was formerly a problem which could lead to machine downtime or damage whenever sheet metal stacked up.

Many further applications became immediately clear after the system was first introduced. In many industrial sectors economical conveying solutions have been designed. In the white goods sector coated and painted sheet metal parts can be conveyed without damage. By resting on bristle tips scrap rates can be reduced to a minimum.

The company Mink Brushes focuses its efforts on introducing the use of multi-functional bristles wherever flexibility is necessary. With incredible results. Due to their versatility, flexible bristles offer value for money solutions for process improvement where the protection of surfaces is an issue.
