Stadurlon Profi lTec sandwich elements consist of an extruded polystyrene
core with two special dark-grey security inserts made of StadurFoam,
whereof one serves as outside facing. The inside layer consists of
Stadurlon of 2.0 mm thickness. The sandwich panel is covered with
a protective foil on one side. 10 years Stadur guarantee.

Stadurlon is an effi cient plastic material which is applicable for the use from -20°C up
to +120°C. Stadurlon compact plate one-sided 2.0 mm incl. protective foil. Standard
colour: White similar to RAL 9016 silk-matt. The outside facing made of dark grey
StadurFoam off ers outstanding screw holding strengths and gives the entire element a
high stability. Other facings e.g. decorative foils or aluminium and PVC available on
Extruded polystyrene foam, CFC-free or CO2 foamed, low vapour permeability, lowest water absorbance, B1 in accordance with
DIN 4102. Core material of diff erent thermal conductivity λD-value 0.029 – 0.035 is available. The inserts made of dark grey StadurFoam
off er outstanding screw holding strengths and gives the entire element a high stability.
From 50 to 210 mm. Height and length blanks are available in fi xed sizes. Coping in accordance with the drawing of the profile system.
Sizes up to 7000 mm are possible.

White, plain, anodised or colour-coated aluminium panels can also be off ered.
Areas of Application
Insulated threshold subbase, stable mounting of fl oor-to-ceiling windows and doors on the concrete base, processing of individual profile
enlargements is unnecessary.
