The 4-axis CNC controlled machining center, GARNET, has the capacity to process aluminum and PVC profiles of various sizes, thanks to its spindle, which allows processing at any angle between -90/+90 degrees providing solutions in a wide range of operations. The machine is developed to carry out all-in-one milling, drain channel opening, punching, branding and end milling operations on aluminum and PVC profiles, and to perform special non-standard operations on different profiles. The high processing capacity (550 mm x 225 mm) provides satisfactory user experience with the machines' performance in all operations.
By focusing on providing convenient solutions for customers, and combining power and precision the processing capacity is only limited by the users imagination, thanks to the 7.5 kW spindle motor with automatic tool replacement feature.
Designed for optimum use of the processing area, GARNET runs processes in two different sections and eliminates time loss. Furthermore, GARNET can process different profiles in different areas.
Built-in automatic magazine with capacity for 7 tools moves along the x-axis with the bridge and saves time with tool replacement when switching to different operations.
With full automatic clamp positioning, GARNET automates many tasks assuming the work load of the user.
Maintenance of transmission elements is accomplished by the automatic lubrication system which is offered as a standard feature increasing the service life for accuracy in processes.
With the optional electronic profile height and width reading feature, GARNET minimizes the profile measurement errors and helps users to attain precision.
Optional sawdust discharge unit allows for quick and easy discharge for profile wastes.
Capacity may be varied (4 m, 8 m, and 12 m) for processing of non-standard profiles with on demand optimization of size and number of clamps.
