Reduced to essentials – the strength lies in the simplicity
The importance of barrier-free construction elements such as windows and terrace doors that can be operated easily, safely and straightforwardly by all persons is constantly increasing. This is due not only to demographic change and the related ageing population, but also to the growing need for greater operating comfort among all age groups.
Intuitive operation and barrier-free 0 mm threshold
Tripping hazards on the threshold, complicated operating mechanisms as well as a high energy requirement for lifting and sliding the sash are no longer modern and make everyday life more difficult. Sliding elements with 4G hardware have a barrier-free 0 mm threshold, can be operated intuitively and enable effortless opening and closing.
Assisted opening and closing
The basic version features an integrated special kick-start function that pushes the sash away from the side profile during opening, thus enabling effortless sliding open in one movement. The newly developed drive incorporated into the profile (planned) assists sliding open and closure of the sash. The locking and unlocking as well as the kick-start function are assumed by the motor and no operating handle is required. This new-style solution is space-saving, comfortable and significantly more cost-effective than conventional forms of motorisation.
Special bogie wheel and pressing mechanism
The specially designed tilting bogie wheel enables parallel sliding of the sash by 4 mm. When open, the friction resistance on the surrounding seals disappears and the sliding door moves particularly easily. When locked, the sliding sash is itself pressed to the front and into the seals in parallel manner, and keeps the door closed air and water-tight on all sides.
