The timber on our offer is from material from our country, from the State Forest Enterprise in compliance with the FSC certificate

We offer the following:

• general purpose edged and unedged pine timber in three quality classes I, II, III, thicknesses of 19-25 and 28-100 mm, both wet and dry
• dried (steamed) unedged beech timber, 26 and 50 mm thickness, classes I and II, with furniture humidity up to 8-10 per cent
• dried unedged oak timber, thickness of 26 and 50 mm, classes I and II,
• square timber, scantling and anti-scantling

EXTERIOR WALLS

• Rectangular balk, 5.6 cm thick, connected with double tongue-key
• Ground beam
• Strengthened structure, 40x120mm frame
• Thermal insulation from mineral wool, 15 cm thick
• Vapour insulation foil, 0.2 mm thick
• Scantling as installation space
• 12.5 mm drywall, filled connections, painted white or pine wainscot, 16 to 18 mm thick, factory painted in white transparent colour

PARTITION WALLS

• 12.5 mm drywall in the bathroom, part of the kitchen annexe or all the partition walls on the ground floor, filled connections
• Wood structure, wall thickness 120 mm
• Mineral wool acoustic insulation
• 0.2 mm vapour insulation foil

CEILING

• 28 mm pine wood floor
• 0.2 mm vapour insulation foil
• 10 cm mineral wool acoustic insulation
• 0.2 mm vapour insulation foil
• Pine wainscot, 16 to 18 mm thick, factory painted in white transparent colour

ROOF

• Roofing sheet
• 40x60 mm scantling
• 30x50 mm anti-scantling
• Vapour insulation membrane
• 60x150 mm balk structure

• Varnished window and door frames with window panel with U=1.1W/m2k factor

INTERIOR FINISH

• Wood pine interior doors, openwork with a handrail, colourless varnish
• Wood windowsills, ca. 40 mm, white transparent colour
• Interior doors made from glued wood with a wood doorcase, factory varnished

INSTALLATIONS

• Complete electrical wiring installation according to design
• Complete water and sewerage system according to design, no water heater

Our rafter framings will certainly meet your requirements. We take great care when selecting raw material and we guarantee a high product quality. Rafter framing elements are offered from pine wood with or without chromium-free treatment, as the customer’s wish may be.  We take great care when selecting the raw material and we guarantee a high product quality. We take an individual approach to every inquiry or order as regards measurements, pricing, delivery orders and collection. The lengths of rafter framing elements are up to 7,000 mm and above.
