Aliplast Imperial 65 is a three-chamber system designed to construct exterior doors, windows and various types of entrances. The 24 mm wide thermal in-fill material used in profiles is made of polyamide enriched with multidirectionally oriented glass fiber. It greatly improves the mechanical strength of the outer and inner chambers of the profiles. The thermal sheath is additionally equipped with a Coex sealing sheath, which, during the firing process of powder-coated profiles, creates a reliable insulation and excellent sealing.

Due to the large width of profiles 65 mm (window frames, door frames,studs, door leafs) and 74 mm (window sashes) and the frame thickness 1.7 ÷ 2.0 mm, a rigid, profile profile was created to allow the construction of doors of a maximum dimensionof 1200 mm wide and 2400 mm in height. The use of branded fittings and a wide range of threshold solutions make the system very modern and versatile. The Imperial 65 system allows for the construction of many different types of windows and doors, depending on the application and specific requirements for functionality, thermal insulation and design aesthetics. Windows meet the burglar resistance requirements in RC3 class.

The characteristic feature of the three-chamber Aliplast Star 90 window and door system is the increased thermal insulation. Thanks to the use of special insulating in-fills and a 45 mm deep thermal insert made of solid and proven materials, the U_f  value of 0.73 W/m²K was obtained. The sash width amounts to 99 mm and the frame amounts to 90 mm. It is possible to fasten the door with a very high load bearing hinge. This system uses a new standard of overlapping profile with glass, which, thanks to increased depth, further improves the thermal and structural properties of the system. The innovative water drainage system not only affects the comfort of use, but also the appearance of the product – in the Star system, the plugs of the drainage holes are invisible.

3-Chamber window and door system with thermal partition Superial 75 is designed for window design in housing, utility and industrial buildings. This system is ideal for all kinds of windows and external sites. Solutions such as: tilt, turn, tilt, tilt-and-slide windows, door openings in and out – based on modified window sills – do not pose a challenge to this system. Thermal in fill material, centrifugal gasket and special glass gaskets allow for a U_f of 1.41 W / m²K. The depth of the window sash is 84 mm and the depth of the frame is 75 mm. The system offers the possibility of bending profiles, among others. Doors, wings and bundles allow for different types of arches and arch constructions. The large range of sections and profiles allows for the production of a durable and aesthetically pleasing construction in line with customer expectations. Windows in the Superial 75 system meet the requirements of resistance to burglary in the class RC 3.

The Aluprof MB-23P is a simple construction design. Windows basing on this system protect the balcony open space against the unfavourable atmospheric conditions such as: wind, rain, snow as well as dirt and noise thats why its commonly used for balcony glass enclosures. Sometimes it’s used as partition walls or shop windows. It’s based on one frame thats 45 mm of width, thats why its often used with the MB-45 system. The MB-23P system is a single-chamber system and has no thermal insulation properties. The frame lies on two rails on which the sashs with the depth of 23 mm move. This system uses only single glass panes that are most time additionally secured. Because the sashes are moving on a really simple construction they can’t weight more than 50 kg and be too tall. The MB-23P doors System are available in the whole RAL color-palette, structural varnish and also wood-like colors.
