Oskura Waterproof is a fully-openable bioclimatic pergola that protects against rain and allows the intensity of natural light to be controlled, above all in summer.

Oskura Waterproof is the only sunshade system fitted with swivelling slats that can be completely folded together electrically, allowing the intensity of sunlight and ventilation to be controlled. When its slats are totally closed, the Oskura Waterproof system guarantees excellent protection against inclement weather and rain, but it can also be totally opened, the only product on the market to offer this triple function.

SOLUTIONS – The Oskura Waterproof 2.0 system can even be installed on flat structures, without affecting their capacity to give shelter against wind and rain. In the case of solutions complete with a supporting structure, these are made from aluminium profile bars with a broad cross-section. The gutters and drainpipes for rainwater discharge are incorporated in the structure.

PROFILE BARS – Made in extruded aluminium with a broad cross-section and specially shaped forms for their specific applications, and available with anodization in various shades, or painted with polyester powders in the desired colour, resistant to fading over time.

SLIDING SYSTEM – All sliding movements are electrically powered. Every slat runs in its respective guides on silenced ball bearings covered in plastic, and all accessories are made from corrosion-proof materials.

SLAT COLLECTION – Slats are collected together in a space of about 12% (excluding motor housing).

IMPORTANT FEATURES: The extruded aluminium slats contain an insulation material that allows the product to be soundproofed. Slats are also fitted with double waterproofing seals, with lateral channels to drain away rainwater.

• Linear design:
  A series of profile bars and accessories that permit the construction of unique roofs with an essential and minimal design.
• Interior/exterior concept:
  The Puro system allows an external glass covering to be created, which can then be finished internally in a variety of different ways. This solution gives a significant reduction in heat loss and excellent control over sunlight.
• Horizontal structure:
  The special horizontal structure of the roof conceals the sloping beams inside it, so that the final internal height is greater than with a classic slanted roof.
• Load capacity:
  The combination of the slim supporting beams and the horizontal profile bars of the frame give structures a high static and dynamic load capacity.

S.150 TT is an extremely innovative minimal sliding system that uses profile bars with a thermal break of significantly compact dimensions, but with the possibility of fitting double-glazing panels for extremely efficient heat insulation.

The system is made with special profile bars, with a central upright of only 26 mm, offering an almost unobstructed view towards the exterior.

• Profile bars:
  Profile bars on panels and the frame have a thermal break consisting in 42 mm polyamide bars, giving excellent heat insulation. In addition, their special shape makes maintenance and cleaning of the product particularly easy.
• Sliding:
  Movement on runners with stainless steel wheels sliding on a support also in stainless steel. This system ensures extremely light movement even with particularly heavy glazing panels. The great strength of the runners allows panels with total weights up to 300 kg to be constructed. Every panel has adjustable runners to ensure perfect alignment, which is a special feature on minimal sliding systems of this kind.
• Closures and handles:
  With their square design, Sunroom handles are incorporated in the profile bars of the lateral upright (patented system), allowing them to remain discreetly unnoticeable against the profile bar. On request, closure systems can be fitted with cylinder locks or even security locks.
• Glazing:
  The system can hold glass or other panels up to 48 mm in thickness.
• Types available:
  Frames are made with 2-way or 3-way profile bars to contain 2 – 3 – 4 – 5 – 6 door panels.
• Important features:
  The lower track, with a height of just 23 mm, is usually installed resting on the floor, to ensure excellent results during certification procedures. When necessary to obtain higher sealing performance, a discharge reservoir can be fitted beneath the lower guide.

• Fields of application:
  Conservatories, verandas and large sections of opening glazed doors that allow home interiors to communicate with the exterior to create a single environment, business activity, etc.
• Insulation:
  The thermal break in profile bars is composed of 28 mm polyamide bars. The upper and lower tracks and vertical joints form a closed frame, and together with the door panels have double compression seals.
• Dimensions:
  Made-to-measure door panels up to 1200 mm in width and 3000 mm in height. Closures of unlimited length can be constructed by composing groups of door panels running on tracks, with special joints and seals at their meeting points.
• Sliding:
  Door panels slide on two tracks, with runners on the top track and guide rollers on the bottom track. The entire weight of the glazed doors is therefore supported by the floor, avoiding all flexing that could affect perfect movement.
  Two different types of lower track are available, one with a raised edge flap for better insulation and one with a low sloping flap to eliminate obstacles.
• Closure:
  Easy, quick and silent. Door panels can be folded together on the left or right only, or on both sides for larger verandas. The folded doors occupy a space of about 12–13% of their total opened length.

ADJUSTMENTS – Each side upright of the frame consists in 2 profile bars, with several adjustment points easily accessible from the exterior, facilitating installation and making it possible to compensate for any excessive variations due to temperature differences between summer and winter.

GLAZING – Safety glass, double glazing, panels, etc, with thicknesses up to 47 mm.

System with fully-glazed door panels made entirely in tempered safety glass, running individually on upper and lower tracks.
The advantages of this model lie in its zero visual impact on its architectural context, as a result giving a total panoramic view unobstructed by vertical profile bars. The glazed doors can be opened partially or completely, and cleaning is made easier by the 90° opening of every single panel.

• Dimensions:
  Made-to-measure door panels up to 800 mm in width, and up to 3000 mm in height, depending on the glass thickness used. Closures of unlimited length can be constructed, because the door panels slide individually and can therefore be gathered together at both ends of the veranda.
• Sliding:
  Door panels run on two tracks, and are suspended from the upper track with special runners. The lower panel edge has rollers in synthetic material that run in an aluminium track on the floor, which can even be sunken.
• Closure:
  Extremely easy. Every panel can be folded together on the left or right only, or on both sides for larger verandas.
• Adjustments:
  On request, the upper aluminium track can be adjustable.
• Glazing:
  Tempered glass with thickness 8, 10 or 12 mm.
• Important features:
  Transparent seals between each panel available on request.
  Curved tracks for curved closures or closures in separate sections.
