KG, both of them are  independent companies embedded in SEMPERIT Holding AG Vienna. With its two business areas, Medical and Industrial, the SEMPERIT Group plays a leading role on international markets. The group generated total turnover of 930 m. EUR and an EBITDA of 136 m. EUR in 2014.

The tradition of the company dates back to the year 1824.
