For more than 60 years operates the family-controlled enterprise H. Hüttenbrauck Profil GmbH in the market for cold-rolled steel profiles and extruded aluminium profiles which are used for the most different uses in the industrial sector and construction area. Famous manufacturers of the windows and door construction branch, the pieces of furniture, advertising, and electronics branch as well as the mechanical engineering, apparatuses construction and construction of vehicles count to our references.
We cover with a total of 13 different plants and equipment a branch-far unique range for manufacturing cold-rolled steel profiles. Besides, we are also to be produced in the situation welded together steel profiles. In this manner we produce steel profiles with wall strengths of 0. 4 to 4. 0 mm. Special profiles also belong to our offer like worked on steel profiles in fixed lengths or with individual hole pictures.
Besides we dispose of an aluminium-rope press with a pressure of 16 MN. With this arrangement we can produce aluminium profiles up to a circumscribing circle of 160 mm and a weight of approx. 120 g/m to 3,400 g/m.
Our competence during the production of extruded aluminiumprofiles lies with technically demanding geometry, as well as in the area of the decorative surfaces. We are certificated after German Institute for Standardization EN ISO 9001:2008.
To do justice to our claim to a steady quality of delivery, we start for the steel production as well as for the aluminium production excluding the prematerial which corresponds to the valid European norms and standards.
With the following achievements for a complementary treatment the produced steel and aluminium half witness we round our achievement spectrum:
- Saw mechanical treatment (milling, punches)
- Surface refining (coated, powder coating)
- Assemblies and modules from aluminium profiles
We are to be reacted by the close collaboration with our logistics partner within the Hüttenbrauck group in the situation at the demands of our customers adaptably. The preproduction and storage of amounts ready to call is possible when required.
