The extruded R·B·B Aluminium outside window sill combined with our extensive window sill accessories offers permanent protection of external facades against weathering and environmental influences.

This lightweight but also extremely sturdy and durable material is ideal for use in external thermal insulation composite systems (ETICS).

The high quality window sill system is available from stock with a 40 mm drip edge (FBS 40) or a 25 mm drip edge (FBS 25) as required.

We stock both systems with the following finishes: mill finished, natural anodised (E6/EV1), mid bronze anodised (E6/C33), dark bronze anodised (E6/C34), traffic white powder-coated (RAL 9016), anthracite grey powder-coated (RAL 7016 shiny and/or RAL 7016 matt highly weather resistant).

Overhang depths of 50 mm to 600 mm respectively guarantee optimum working conditions in the facade.

This aluminium connection piece incl. one-piece EPDM seal is the corresponding element for our RAG² sliding end piece to create expansion joints between two window sill elements. It is recommended for bright surfaces from 3.000 mm and for dark surfaces from 2.000 mm.

The inner-lying EPDM sealing pad absorbs and levels out the forces, produced by the thermally induced movements of the aluminium external window sill, in its expansion zone. This prevents plaster cracks effectively.

The RAG² is designed to be very installer friendly and for versatile use. For example, precise fitting notches for roller shutter guide rails can be made using our hydro-pneumatic punching machine.
