Particular care to meeting our customers’ requirements and constant research have led to introducing pivot 39, a new hi-performance and long-lasting pivot which makes installation easir.
Pivot 39 definitely solves the problem of pin anti-disengagement thanks to a self-lubricationg bush, which acts as pin housing and also allows frame movement even in case of pin blockage in the part called “butt hinge”. A further innovation is a square end stem to prevent stem rotation. Pivot 39 can also be supplied with height adjustment for even easier frame installation-the frame can be calibrated afterwards.

80C

Closing hinge 82C is the result of careful technological research meant to satisfy our customers’ needs. Hinge 82C, based on our three dimensional adjustable hinge 82R (they have the same dimensions and assembling equipment), automatically closes a door whinc was previously open up to 90°. This kind of hinge is mainly used in the hotel branch. For doors which weigh up to 40 kg we suggest to fit two adjustable hinges at the top and at the bottom of the door and one closing hinge in the middle. For door which weigh up to 60 kg we suggest to fit two adjustable and two closing hinges. Closing hinge 82C can be left or right depending on the door. Operating on the internal spring of hinge 82C the closing strength can be easily increased or decreased, turning the central part of the hinge with a simple pin and blocking it with the screw placed on the upper part of the hinge itself. Hinge 82C is pleasant to see but can be easily personalized with a wide range of covers.

Adjustable hinge art. 82 is a new hinge planned and built by La Florida using innovative methods. It has three main features: strenght, functionnality and convenience. It is adjusted in the barycentre of movement itself in order to give the best results with the least effort. It is adjustable on three axes, without removing doors or windows, by simple using a hexagonal wrench. It has no need of servicing.

Symbio

Symbio : hidden hinge with a unique design. Symbio’s concealed door hinges remain flush with the wall mount and are easy to adjust on their 3 axes, allowing for a n aesthetically perfect thermal and acoustic insulation. Door can be adjusted vertically, transversely and in the depth on both the door’s frame’s side of the hinge. Symbio allows very fine adjustment of light (up to 3 mm) and air (up to 4 mm). To calibrate the light of the door, simply turn the Allen Key in the appropriate tappet, while to adjust the air simply regulate the bushings. Symbio’s patented adjusting mechanisms, and their simplicity of operation, are the result of Las Florida’s constant product research, development and innovation. Their hinges are tested for durability and guaranteed for a variety loads.
