Certified for passive houses with an installation depth of only 77 millimetres. The heroal W 77 window system sets the benchmark: saving energy as well as utilising resources more effectively with less material. A combination for sustainability and efficiency that is unique in the market.
Building on the future
More than ever before, builders and architects face the task of creating future-proof buildings. The focus accordingly is increasingly on ensuring efficiency, both in terms of costs and energy consumption. Meeting the demands of the future today requires innovative solutions – like the innovative combination of high-quality material and unique geometry that enables the heroal W 77 to attain a Uf value of only 0.95 W/m2K at an installation depth of merely 77 millimetres. The new heroal window system is certified as a component for passive houses with an eye towards meeting the requirements for ‘nearly zero-energy buildings’. Aluminium windows are a long-term investment in the future that is sure to pay off. That’s important, given a service time of up to 60 years.
Saving energy and aggravation
With its modular design, the heroal W 77 window system can be tailored to individualised planning according to the desired classification. For example, the heroal W 77 with a UW value of up to 0.77 W/m2K meets the requirements of the current German Regulation for Energy Saving in Buildings and Building Systems (EnEV 2016), and with the heroal W 77 HI at 0.72 W/m2K even KfW 55 subsidies may be forthcoming.
But it is not only cold and heat that will have a hard time getting into the building – combined with the heroal RS 37 RC 3 high-grade steel roller shutters, the heroal W 77 makes life especially difficult for burglars. A stable curtain, anti-push-up device and strengthened guide rails along the sides of the high-grade steel roller shutters and mushroom head locks as well as locking window handles on the heroal W 77 window system combine to fulfil even resistance class RC 4.
