Beams with MPA-approval can be supplied in Pine / Spruce / Fir / Larch / Siberian Larch / Hemlock / Oregon Pine

Other species like American White Oak / Beech / Ash / Hard Maple / Sipo can be provided without MPA-approval.

Quality:
In principle defectfree but can show typical timber specific characteristica.

We ware steadily increasing the availability of certified raw material to ensure more and more of our products to be FSC and / or PEFC certified.

Composition:

• Thickness mainly 24 mm lamellas, e.g. 4-ply = 96 mm, 5-ply = 120 mm, 6-ply = 140 mm etc.
• Width depending on the Wood-Species: 55mm/65mm/70mm/75mm/86mm/95mm/105mm/115mm/145mm
• Length mainly in 6 m length produced. In larger quantities as per individual specification. Max. Length possible: 7,50 m
  

 
We can also produce thicknesses and widths different from the above but based on the a.m. rough sizes which would be planed down to the required sizes.

Outside Layer Patterns:
Outside Layer solid, in principle up to 4.00 m length

Finger Jointed Outside Layers are available in following variations:

• Standard without limit of the finger joint lengths
• Limited to 25 - 30 cm length
• Limited to 70 - 110cm depending on availability
• Produced from cut stocks 200 - 210 cm lengths and then jointed

Eucalyptus Globulus

Eucalyptus Globulus is native from south eastern Australia, where it can be found in the states of Victoria, New South Wales and Tasmania. In the middle of the 19th century, Eucalyptus Globulus was introduced in Galicia (Northwest of Spain). Currently, in Galicia and Portugal, Eucalyptus Globulus plantations occupy a surface area of around a million hectares and constitute the most productive forest area in Europe. Organisations such as the Pan European Forest Certification Council (PEFC) or the Forests Stewardship Council (FSC) certify sustainable management of a growing number of such plantations.

Eucalyptus Globulus wood is characterised by its high density and hardness as well as its excellent mechanical properties. Testing carried out at the IHD (Institut für Holztechnologie GmbH) in Germany with Eucalyptus Globulus wood over 30 years old from Galicia has shown that it is very durable, even more than European Oak.

In order to supply only constant high-grade scantlings, the producer, Laminados Villapol SA, obtained all quality certificates (i.f.t. Rosenheim, IHD Dresden, FCBA France, Inia) years ago. The production is surveyed by the FCBA institute (France).

• Sustainable forestry with FSC and PEFC certification
• Very high natural durability. 1 – 2 in resistance class (even better than European Oak to much better economical conditions)

We are importer of Eucalyptus Globulus scantlings from Galicia and since 2006 Eucalyptus Globulus has been used successfully in Germany, Italy, France and several other European countries. An excellent wood from sustainable plantations for all those, who are looking for wood windows for generations.

Münchinger Accoyaline

Accoya® is a modified timber. Due to the modification the swelling and shrinking is reduced considerably.
The timber is extreme durable (durability class 1). It is resistant against a lot of terminte species. There is no resin bleeding off the Accoya®.
Drilling, planing and laquering is no problem.

Münchinger duoline - The price-conscious alternative for window manufacture

Combining durability and serviceability. In most cases, the simple solutions are the best. We use pine or spruce for the middle ply/inner side of the Münchinger duoline scantling because these timber species offer good processing properties and a favourable price/performance ratio in addition to an excellent Lambda value. Window Scantlings

As a well-known producer and importer, we are able to supply our customers with high-grade and high-quality solid and laminated Window and Door Scantlings in all common Wood-Species and Dimensions. Pine, Spruce, Siberian Larch, Dark Red Meranti and American White Oak are mostly demanded species. Other species we offer are Oregon Pine, Hemlock, Fir, Beech, Birch, Ash, E.Globulus, White Seraya and more.

Besides common Species, we are also strong in special types of wood such as American Walnut, American Black Cherry, Hard Maple, Sipo, Sapele and others. Needed as standard profile with solid outside layers and finger jointed middle layer, or with one solid layer outside and one midlle layer and one outside layer finger jointed respectively with one solid outside and solid middle layer for Wood/Aluminium or all layers finger jointed for paint coating, all options are possible. We also can produce all common sizes 68/78/90 mm in the above mentioned different options. We ware steadily increasing the availability of certified raw material to ensure more and more of our products to be FSC and / or PEFC certified.

In order to supply our customers only with constant high-grade products, our production is surveyed by the i.f.t. Rosenheim institute. Strongest attention is put on the quality of our products. Not just average but a constant supply of high-value Scantlings is our philosophy. We therefore take special care on the quality controls of all our raw-materials because only selected and high-value rawmaterial can secure our demand for best-quality products.
