Eforte Fusion combines natural materials with future technologies
Eforte Fusion is an innovative design window system and impresses with clever, new technology. A wood cap is fitted onto the PVC window on the inside, with optional aluminium capping on the outside. The key feature is that types of wood that are not suitable for conventional wood and aluminium windows can also be used. With a Uw value of up to 0.75 W/m²K, the system is also of passive house standard.
A wide range of demands are placed on window systems. Following the latest tightening of the German energy-saving regulations (EnEV), the law now demands maximum energy efficiency. Manufacturers and fitters depend on high-quality systems that are easy to install. It is also necessary to meet end customers' aesthetic requirements. With Eforte Fusion – the new wood/aluminium/PVC window – Inoutic has combined three unique materials into one extraordinary product and is opening up new market opportunities for its customers.
"Eforte Fusion is the result of a systematic development and further extends the adaptability and flexibility of Eforte. The real wood applications give it an exclusive appearance. Even wood types that are unsuitable for window construction, such as maple, ash or beech, can be used. This means that there are no construction-related limits to freedom of design", says managing director Edgar Freund.
The system offers a further advantage to customers and fitters. "The wood applications do not have to be used immediately. They can even be changed later on at any time. This provides maximum protection during the construction phase and added value for the end customer. The matching wood type can be selected to go with the furnishing style", explains product manager Gerhard Lehner.
In terms of energy efficiency, Eforte also remains ahead of the field with an internal wood capping. Without additional insulating elements, the system achieves an optimum Uf value of 0.95 W/m²K. It goes without saying that Eforte Fusion also meets the passive house standard. A Uw value of 0.75 W/m²K can be achieved with triple glazing.
