Remmers No. 1 for window and door coatings
Remmers Baustofftechnik is once again heading to Nuremberg: from the 16–19 March the company will present its products at the “FENSTERBAU FRONTALE” fair (stand no. 147, hall 5).
“We have this date marked in red in our calender because we see it as an excellent platform for exchanging information with customers and business partners”, said Martin Stöger, head of sales for the timber industry at Remmers. It goes without saying that the Remmers experts will, as always, be showing new and improved premium products for the treatment of wooden windows and doors.
For example, the no. 1 company offering long-lasting protection for wooden building elements has a new premium product in its range: Induline NW-740/05 has been developed to treat light coloured woods used in interior and exterior areas while retaining the natural beauty of the material. This varnish protects wood from the effects of UV rays and mechanical wear-and-tear and offers a significantly higher resistance to common hand creams in comparison to standard window varnish.
Remmers' quality assurance programme, the Remmers System Guarantee (RSG), is equally appealing to window manufacturers and end consumers alike. With this 10-year guarantee on all wooden windows that have been fitted by certified contractors and treated using the Induline system, Remmers promotes a closer relationship between contractors and their customers.
Remmers Baustofftechnik's leading market position is in no small way thanks to their intensive efforts in the field of research and development. A perfect example of this is the work carried out in the last few months by the in-house R&D centre for wood surfaces in Löningen.
There they can simulate the realistic requirements of coating products based on parameters provided by their customers. Remmers has the most up-to-date technology at their disposal for this work, such as a fully automatic 6-axis articulated painting robot, a spraying tunnel and automatic sanding and varnishing machines.
