Weißenfels/Nuremberg. On 1 January 2016, the strategically important PVC-U business area became independent of Schüco International KG. In future, the fully owned subsidiary with headquarters in Weißenfels will further expand the PVC-U business for the corporate group as Schüco Polymer Technologies KG. At FENSTERBAU FRONTALE, it will present futuristic PVC-U and aluminium window, door and sliding systems under the consistent Schüco corporate image. The exhibition highlight in Hall 7, Stand 403, is a new PVC-U window and door system which impresses in particular with its simple, efficient and flexible fabrication.
The new PVC-U system will take centre stage at the Schüco Polymer Technologies KG exhibition stand. A cube shows various installation options and conveys the emotive user benefits of the new system. These include comfort, security, design and energy efficiency. The 82 mm basic depth construction is technically impressive with its simple, efficient and flexible fabrication. Innovative sealing technology and a comprehensive range of attachment and additional profiles are key advantages for fabricators. The ingenious design which minimises storage complexity is a further plus point. Demands for energy efficiency are fulfilled thanks to high levels of thermal insulation, which can be increased to passive house standard at the request of the customer. The system is also a winner in terms of design, as it can be combined with the exclusive Schüco AutomotiveFinish metallic surface. In conclusion, the new system has all the features that are necessary for the efficient construction of pioneering PVC-U windows and doors.
Around the central display, the new innovations of Schüco Polymer Technologies KG will be divided into the areas of fittings and ventilation technology, surface finish coating and machine technology. Schüco Alu Inside Nordic, a product solution especially for Scandinavia, will also be featured. To achieve this, the company expanded its Alu Inside profile range to include a version that has the appearance of a typical Nordic timber window.
