Before a reinforced-plastic construction turns up in your house, they go through a complex production process.

Window production starts from cutting the PVC (polyvinylchloride) profile used for making frame, sash and impost. Operator cuts the needed number of profile sections of the stated length, according to window dimensions. This is done using two head automated Rapid cutters, enabling error-free cutting with the right angles and the accuracy of 0.01mm

The next production stage is welding the sections using Urban four-head welding machine SV-800. It ensures highly accurate profile welding with possible deviation up to 0,1mm. As the result, a future window billet section comes out. Afterwards the assembly line takes it to the scraping machine, which surfaces the corners and takes off the excess deposit that was formed during welding, thus improving window aesthetics.

To provide quality glazing for our windows, we have purchased a highly efficient line for insulated glass production from an Austrian company Lisec. We have mastered the technology of fabricating one-and two-chamber profiles of various thickness, using not only regular float glass, but also energy-efficient, tinted, mirror glass etc.

After that, our employees assemble an insulated glass unit and then unkey it in window frame and sash with metal plates for maximum strength of the construction. Next, the previously cut glazing beads are installed into the corresponding grooves for final fixation of the glass unit in the window. The glazing beads are cut using the special Rapid cutters, ensuring up to 0,01 mm accuracy.

The final production stage is control of the reinforced-plastic window quality, performed by a qualified employee on a special testing facility, imitating a window aperture. This lets discover and remove any defects that can occur in the course of assembling.
