Assembly


Assembly 24 hours a day in all halls – from 7 a.m. on Thursday, 15.3.2012, to 10 p.m. on Tuesday, 20.3.2012.

All work must be completed by 10 p.m. on the last day of assembly to enable the carpets to be laid in the gangways.

Stands whose assembly has not been started by 3 p.m. on Tuesday, 20.3.2012, will be decorated by the organizer if they cannot be otherwise disposed of. Any costs incurred will be charged to the exhibitor. 


 

Dismantling

 
  • Saturday, 24 March 2012
    from 5 p.m. - 10 p.m.
     
    Sunday, 25 March - Monday, 26 March 2012 
    7 a.m. – 10 p.m. daily

    Tuesday, 27 March
    7 a.m. - 3 p.m.
     
    Access to the halls during assembly and dismantling times is only permitted on display of special passes, which are not valid during the exhibition.
